Christmas opening hours?

My Ebony Box will be closed from the 20th Dec - 4th January. We will be monitoring emails but expect your enquiries to be answered shortly after re opening.


I have a problem with my Christmas order, what should i do?

If you are not happy with any of your order, please send us an email and one of our team will get back to you as soon as we open again in the New Year.

When will my first box be shipped?

Your box will be shipped by the  9th - 12th of each month.

How often will my subscription be re-billed?

Your subscription will be renewed once per month on the 15th. 

What payment processor do you use?

We use a payment processor called Stripe, we care deeply about the protection of our users’ data and we’ve looked closely at how to ensure that we remain compliant with evolving European law regarding the transfers of European personal data.  Stripe is the best software platform for running an internet business.


How does it work?

You have until the last day of the each month to order your subscription box for the next month, when you box will be shipped by the 11th of that month. 

Are you sold out?

We are providing limited edition boxes of 100 boxes per month during Autumn 2017. We will increase this to 200 in January 2018


All products in the shop will say sold out if they are not available. 


I love the content of my box, can i purchase any of the products individually? 

Of course you can, all contents in our box will have contact details with them. If they are supplied by us, they will be available in the shop. We will also  will put the links to our suppliers page on the website.  

I am not happy with the contents in my box, what do i do?

We curate this box for the love of wanting our customers to feel special, one of our core beliefs at My Ebony Box is that adding value to the lives of our subscribers is the key to why we curate this box. If you are not happy with any of the content in this box  or service you have received please get in touch with us and we will make sure we do our best to amend this.
